Refund Policy - the basics

All sales of original artwork are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchased pieces. If an artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Donations made through the Donations section are also non-refundable, as they are directed entirely to Shanti Bhavan Children’s Project.
